Where to live in Valencia
It happens to all of us; you arrive new to a city or you decide to move and the first doubt you have is. Which area will suits my needs best? The possibilities are many, depends mostly on your tastes and preferences.
Valencia is the third largest city in Spain, is coastal and has an enviable average annual temperature. The city is quite simple to orient, is not too big or neither too small and from almost any point of the city you can reach the center in a few minutes.
There are consolidated neighborhoods in Valencia for all budgets and all of them with all the necessary services for a comfortable life.

Ciutat Vella:
It is the central bussiness district of Valencia, where is located the Town Hall, the North Station or Valencia´s Cathedral. Must visit, none of its streets or squares will leave you indifferent.
Inside Ciutat Vella district, the most prominent neighborhood is El Carmen. If you prefer the night and the bohemian touches this is your place. Thousands of restaurants and the cultural offer are enviable.
The other neighborhoods that make up the Ciutat Vella district are: La Seu, La Xerea, El Mercado, El Pilar, Sant Francesc.
El Pla del Real:
Upper middle class district, is a privileged area with an environment of well-kept gardens such as Los Viveros or Jardines de Monforte, there is also a wide range of schools that makes it a very familiar area.
It is place very close to the city center, and a few minutes from Jardines del Turia (old river bed).
The neighborhoods that make up Pla del Real are: Exhibition, Mestalla, Jaime Roig and Ciudad Universitaria.
